2 packages ramen noodles, uncooked
1 15-oz. can mixed vegetables, drained
2 5-oz. cans chicken, drained
3 cups water
1. In a large saucepan, heat water over high heat until boiling.
2. Reduce heat to medium-high, then add the vegetables and chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes.
3. Add both packages of ramen noodles and stir. Cook until noodles are tender, about 2-3 minutes.
4. Add one of the seasoning packets and stir; save the second packet for another use.
5. Serve warm.
