Salmon Pasta Salad with Lemon and Feta

 12 oz. elbow pasta
 Zest and juice of 1 lemon
 2 tbsp olive oil
 2 tsp Dijon mustard
 1 tsp dried dill
 ⅛ tsp black pepper
 1 14.75-oz. can salmon, drained and flaked
 1 14.5-oz. can green beans, drained and rinsed
 ½ small red onion, diced
 ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
 Salt to taste

1. Add pasta to a large pot of boiling water. Cook according to package instructions, or until al dente. Reserve 2 tbsp of pasta water before draining. Set aside.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the lemon zest and juice, olive oil, mustard, dill, and black pepper.
3. Add the pasta, salmon, green beans, red onion, and feta cheese to the bowl. Stir gently to combine. Taste and add salt if desired.
4. Stir in the pasta water if the salad is too dry.
5. Serve warm or cold.
