1 tbsp cooking oil
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp chili powder
1 15-oz. can pinto beans, with juices
Juice of ½ lime, or about 1 tbsp
Salt, to taste
1. Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.
2. Add garlic, cumin, and chili powder and stir until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
3. Add the beans and cook until heated through, about 5 minutes.
4. Remove skillet from heat and mash the beans with a fork or potato masher.
5. Stir in lime juice and salt to taste.
