1/2 cup canned pears, drained and chopped
1/2 cup shredded wheat, crumbled
3/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
2 tbsp raisins
2 tbsp walnuts, chopped
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1. In a mug, parfait glass, or wide-mouthed glass jar, add 1/4 cup yogurt. Top with 1/4 cup pears, half the shredded wheat crumbs, 1 tablespoon raisins, 1 tablespoon walnuts, and 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon.
2. Repeat layers. Top with last 1/4 cup yogurt and an extra dash of cinnamon.
