1 cup rolled oats
½ cup apple juice
¼ cup milk
½ cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
1 apple, grated or diced
2 tbsp dried fruit of choice (raisins, cranberries, apricots, etc.)
2 tbsp nuts of choice (walnuts, almonds, cashews, etc.)
2 tbsp seeds of choice (ground flax, chia, sunflower, etc.)
1. In a medium bowl, stir together the oats, apple juice, and yogurt.
2. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
3. Before serving, top with yogurt, apple, dried fruit, nuts, and seeds.
4. Serve cold.
