Honey Nut Cereal Bars

 ¾ cup peanut butter
 ½ cup honey
 3 cups cereal of choice (oat circles, crisp rice, cornflakes, etc.)
 ¼ cup raisins, optional

1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add honey and peanut butter. Stir frequently until melted and smooth.
2. Remove saucepan from heat, then add cereal, peanuts, and raisins, if using. Stir until combined.
3. Pour mixture into a greased, 8x8-inch baking pan. Spread evenly with a spatula.
4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up, then use a knife to cut into 12 bars.
5. Store at room temperature for a softer bar, or in the refrigerator for a firmer bar.
