1 tbsp cooking oil
2 4.5-oz. pouches chicken
1 4-oz. can diced green chiles
1 15-oz. can corn, drained and rinsed
1 15-oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp chili powder
8 corn tortillas
Optional toppings: cilantro, onion, lime wedges
1. Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.
2. Add chicken, green chiles, corn, black beans, paprika, and chili powder. Stir and heat through.
3. Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave for 30 seconds to soften. Alternatively, heat tortillas one at a time in a skillet over medium heat.
4. Spoon desired amount of chicken mixture onto each tortilla.
5. Serve with preferred fresh toppings, such as cilantro, onion, and lime
