1 15-oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 15-oz. can diced tomatoes, drained
1/2 onion, chopped
1 avocado, peeled and chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cumin
Juice of 1 lime
Salt, to taste
1. Add all ingredients to a medium bowl and stir gently until combined. Taste and season with salt if needed.
2. Serve with tortilla chips or use as a topping for tacos, grilled meat, or fish.
